"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. They informed me that there are no issues with the foundation and that I need to have the drain pipe sealed off since it is and extra pipe and not necessary. They were prompt and effiecient and are going to send me pictures of what they inspected."
