"A delivery truck backed up too far into a loading dock on our business property damaging the wall and causing the overhead door to be inoperable. We had difficulty finding a competent contractor to take on this repair. Within a few days of contacting Tom, he visited the property and had an estimate prepared. We had some concerns about the large amount of deposit that he required. He did explain that obtaining a large deposit has become commonplace among contractors in the area so they will be paid. So we went ahead and sent him a check for the deposit. Once he had received the payment, he started the work within a couple of days and was completely finished in less than two weeks. He kept us informed along the way of his progress. The cost of the repairs seemed reasonable under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to use Tom again."

At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction."

"Jorge Castillon was called for an asphalt shingle roof replacement. He was very prompt from the first contact to the completion of the job. He and his other 2 roofers did an amazing job on the 5,000 sq. ft. roof. They were on time every day and worked their butts off to complete the job in 4 1/2 days. They were also very good at cleaning up at the end of each workday. The mess from the tear off was handled very well with the majority of it being carried to one spot and dropped into a trailer. They had ample tarps down to minimize nails and staples from being everywhere. I really cannot see how any roofer could have done a better job from start to finish than Castillon Roofing did. Thank You Jorge !"
