"I called Tipton to get an estimate and he made an appointment right then for a time that day. He arrived early, which was a good sign, and then we discussed what I wanted done with my trees. He was great about making sure he knew what my goals were and that we were on the same page before giving me a quote. Then he gave me a detailed, written quote outlining everything that was to be done and then we went over it together. The price was competitive with other bids I had gotten, but less, and what I considered to be "fair." I agreed to the job at that time and Tipton scheduled it for later that week. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would and we chatted one more time before he got to work. I have to say for a one man operation he worked hard til the job was done, and he did a great job on the trees.
