Shawn was fantastic to work with from my first phone call to the completion of the job. We used Iskra Excavation to develop a lot for RV use and could not be more pleased with his work. He gave us advice on choosing a lot from a development standpoint and helped with the permitting process. After talking about how we would use the lot he was able to give us advice about how best to clear the lot for our needs. Throughout the entire process Shawn had impeccable communication skills and completed the work ahead of schedule. We have worked with several contractors over the years from building a house to renovating several properties and Shawn stands out as one of the best contractors that we have worked with. I highly recommend Iskra excavation to anyone looking to have work done.

My husband hired Shawn to clear and grade our property in hopes we might get away for some end of summer camping trips. With a new baby and the pandemic I was craving a place to get away to but didnâ  t have high hopes it would be done before fall- boy was I wrong! Shawn handled the permits and had our property cleared and graded within a few days of the permit approval! I was absolutely thrilled with the level of detail that went into creating our space, the trees left for privacy, a perfect sand spot for our baby to play in and the clean lines of his work! I absolutely recommend him and we will use him for all future work!

We just bought a lot in Ocean Shores and it needed clearing. We shopped around and landed on Iskra Excavation and Iâ m so glad we did! Shawn is super responsive and either answered his phone or returned calls within minutes, he met with us onsite, which really helped us decide which lot to purchase, he gave us a great price and did FANTASTIC work.
