"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

"Overall, the paint job was done very well and the work was done timely. Price was reasonable and in the ball park of other bids. The only issue we had was our garage doors that started bubbling. We reported it after noticing the issue and MJD did come out to repaint the doors (said it needed a different type of paint). After 6 months the same issue. We reported it again and MJD check with the paint manufacturer who recommended a different paint be used. He said he would come July 15, 2025 to repaint the doors but never showed up. Does not return email's any longer either. "

"They aded a downstairs bathroom and bedroom to our house as well as walk out deck with pavers. They were prompt, thorough, and had excellent communication. They did the architectural and the interior design as well as the construction.. Could not be more pleased. When minor issues arose, they were addressed quickly. They were careful to review details like stain color, paver layout, paint color, etc carefully with us before starting work, and provided lots of options and samples. If we found we wanted something changed, they addressed it quickly. Would highly recommend."

He also had some very helpful suggestions and he fixed a problem with my original plan that made the loft much more usable. Mike and his crew also did a great job cleaning up after each building was finished. I will definitely contact Lazer Construction if I need any future construction work."

The price was reasonable and he offered me options on how to get the best outcome while being sensitive to increased expenses. Job: Repair/replace trim/siding on my two-story house prior to painting. Pros: current business license, bond, and insurance on file with WA state; communicative and responsive; fair cost estimates; no unnecessary padding in his estimate of scope of work; open to negotiation and discussion throughout the job; used high-quality materials; high-quality workmanship; efficient and thorough when on-site; corrected any of his own mistakes at no cost to customer; 85% cleanup job/hauling away old/used house trim materials. Cons: took a few days longer than necessary/than originally projected/proposed due to interspersed 4-day vacations (one or two days either side of a weekend - punctuality concern); lack of diligence keeping worksite cleaned of old/used caulk, nails, and wood chips from old trim (required a little bit of cleanup from customer)"
