He not only took out the old water heater but he cleaned up the mess from it. That wasn't even expected. I highly recommend them. After asking several questions he went straight to clean out the drain under our sink and gave us a primer on what can and can’t go down the garbage disposal and how to flush it ourselves. After 10 minutes of work he left. We had expected a bigger job, and possibly a new garbage disposal. Instead, he said he rather we call him if we ever need a plumber again, instead of charging us for 10 minutes of work. We appreciated his integrity and attitude, and will 100% call him if we have plumbing issues again."
