Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. "I asked to have steps leading to deck replaced they did a good job on them. The raking was replaced as requested, however the boards on the floor of the deck that were not replaced were not tightened down, so the deck still has loose boards, for the price they could have taken a few more minutes to tighten or replace those screws."

"It was nice to find someone I can trust. The price was higher than I thought it would be but insurance paid for it and my agent said the price was reasonable. The technician that they sent was very knowledgeable, professional, and really nice to work with. He has been in the business a long time and he took pictures the whole time. They sent me a copy of the bill but they billed insurance directly. They set up the fans and they called when they were coming to check the moisture levels. I think that they did a good job cleaning up and I am satisfied with it."
