"I asked to have steps leading to deck replaced they did a good job on them. The raking was replaced as requested, however the boards on the floor of the deck that were not replaced were not tightened down, so the deck still has loose boards, for the price they could have taken a few more minutes to tighten or replace those screws."

We got hit with a shocking discovery that our system would need to be fully replaced with a specialized system built for high water table in order to sell our house and pass inspection. Aaron was compassionate and super responsive, took care of us every step of the way, explained the process and really put us at ease by providing updates, photos, videos and managing applications and permits with the Health District on our behalf (we were out of country at the time). He even worked with us on payment since we were limited on funds until the house closed. He also works with an in-house designer and coordinated pumping and inspection. The full process from first call to final inspection was completed within the month, with the actual work itself taking no more than 3 days. We would 100% recommend Aaron and his team time and again. "They did an intake with me, asked me questions I told him about the job they set up a bidtime. I live an hour away it was 7 AM. I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."
