"Very friendly and showed up on time. Did a wonderful job of keeping the mess well contained and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They didn't mind if we came in as they were working to see how things were being done. Explained all the project from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to go from a bathtub with shower to just a wonderful walk in shower."
"Savana has been such an amazing person to talk to and receive information from about windows. We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! It wasnâ t all just about windows and bathtubs we got to know her and her company. Weâ re excited to have new windows for the winter and not learn what winter is like with 90 year old windows. And weâ re even more excited to be able to open our windows without them being painted shut!"
"Gage and his team did an extraordinary job replacing my original wood deck with a high quality composite flooring, and replacing the original sliding door to the deck with custom-built French doors. Both craftsmanship and expertise were exemplary, pricing competitively fair and reasonable, communication excellent regarding scheduling and needs for minor modifications, and working with this highly professional team could not have been a more positive or pleasant experience. Removal of old materials and cleanup was spotlessly performed. Did I mention they also replaced all carpeting on my lower level with the same exceptional professional skills? I unequivocally recommend Innovative Restoration for any and all remodeling projects. I certainly will not be looking beyond this gem of a company for my future projects!"

"It was nice to find someone I can trust. The price was higher than I thought it would be but insurance paid for it and my agent said the price was reasonable. The technician that they sent was very knowledgeable, professional, and really nice to work with. He has been in the business a long time and he took pictures the whole time. They sent me a copy of the bill but they billed insurance directly. They set up the fans and they called when they were coming to check the moisture levels. I think that they did a good job cleaning up and I am satisfied with it."
"David was immediately contacted to be the general for our repairs, we knew from the moment the storm started and the news showed how bad it was getting that a GOOD contractor would be impossible to find for many, many months. Initial insurance estimate was substantially less than we expected, however then our insurance company called in a structural engineer from out of town. That took us to nearly Christmas getting that inspection done and the write up (a large tree hit the house causing damage). We did find out that more of our rafter structure was severely damaged from that inspection. The third set of estimates came from David when the house could actually be inspected with no snow on the roof. Since David's estimate was more than the first couple of insurance adjustments, a third agent was dispatched out to inspect the house with David showing him the work he wanted to do and what was needed vs what the initial agents estimated. The insurance agent complimented me on a great and fair contractor and quickly accepted the full amount of the bid with no quibbling. He told us how "lucky" we were to even have a contractor as all of their recommended list had long ago stopped even taking work. As an aside one of my neighbors was still waiting for a recommend by the insurance contractor to do more than get his contract signed and disappear for literally a year! We had to wait until May to get started, needed long enough with good weather for the entire roof to be cut off the house, rafters and all. My only quibble with the job David did comes then, I would have requested drop clothes be put under the house when the roof was cut off. We worked with David to make improvements to the house that we paid for over the top of the insurance repairs which really dramatically improved the house for us, changed the look substantially, and have greatly increased our satisfaction with coming home to our NEW home. We were able to remain in the home the entire time David was working on the massive repair, we had to give up the living room and dining room for many weeks so we would not be tracking construction into our living space, but as soon as was possible David got that finished up so we could again live in the full space of the home. We completed final inspections in July 2016, while most of the homes around us had not even got simple shingles replaced, we had a major renovation done on time and on budget. I felt completely safe not being home while David and his workers were on site, felt my family was completely safe. Next time we do remodeling work, David will be doing the work."
"They did an amazing job!!! I was very happy with the price and installation of my hardwood flooring and carpet that I had installed, after I moved into my 1990’s house that was in desperate need of a renovation. They also remodeled my master bathroom and the tile work was beautiful! My house looks so, good thanks to Floorcoverings NW. I highly recommend them for any of your house remodeling needs."
Bathtub Replacement questions, answered by experts
Technically, yes, you can put a shower on a Roman tub, but it's not common. The vast majority of Roman tubs are standalone models. Adding a shower would involve installing a ceiling-mounted curtain rod or a custom glass enclosure, as well as redoing the plumbing, making it neither easy nor budget-friendly.
Labor is the most expensive part of a bathroom remodel. If you’re doing a major remodel, structural changes (such as moving walls) and plumbing reconfiguration can be costly. For a standard remodel, the big-ticket items include tiles and new tub or shower fixtures.
The time it takes to install a bathtub depends on the type of tub, the condition of the existing plumbing, and the installation's complexity. A new bathtub can be installed in four to eight hours. However, this can take longer if any additional plumbing work or bathroom modifications are needed.
A professional bathtub installation or replacement typically takes one to three days, depending on the project's complexity and any necessary alterations. If you hire a professional, most replacements can be completed in one to three days. However, if you choose the DIY route, the process could take up to a month, as it involves removing the old tub and drywall, installing the new tub, repairing the drywall, and installing new tiling.
If you don’t caulk your bathtub, then there won’t be a watertight seal between your bathtub and the wall tile surrounding it. As a result, water can seep into the wall and the floor and cause the perfect breeding grounds for mold and mildew. Not only does this require costly repairs, but mold can be harmful to those breathing it.
