"I asked to have steps leading to deck replaced they did a good job on them. The raking was replaced as requested, however the boards on the floor of the deck that were not replaced were not tightened down, so the deck still has loose boards, for the price they could have taken a few more minutes to tighten or replace those screws."

The technician that they sent was very knowledgeable, professional, and really nice to work with. He has been in the business a long time and he took pictures the whole time. They sent me a copy of the bill but they billed insurance directly. They set up the fans and they called when they were coming to check the moisture levels.
