"Emrah was always on time and went right to work. It was a two day project where he removed a non load bearing wall and fireplace. Removed chimney. And then repaired/replaced the wall and ceiling drywall and vinyl flooring to match. He covered the hole in the roof, secured to prevent leaking and replaced shingles to match. He did a very good job!"

"Nick was very professional and did excellent work. The quality of his work was very apparent. He was proud of his work and definitely should be. "The owner was VERY nice but for what I needed he could not help me with my damaged wood flooring. Emerald City Hardwood s expertise is putting a protective coat on wood flooring not repairing damaged flooring and is probably good at what he does. Therefore, Homeadvisor found a contractor that was able to restore my Engineered Wood flooring. The contractor I ended up hiring removed 10 of my damaged wood sections and replaced it with new flooring. My flooring looks like new again."

"Greg & Donnell cleaned all the exterior cabinet surfaces. I didn't want the insides painted and I really like the contrasting look now when I open them. Greg removed the doors and drawers and took them to his place to primer, lightly sand and paint. He and Donnell came back to do the same with the boxes. They worked super quick and well together. A real team there. They started on Monday and were completely finished by Friday morning. I purchased some handles at Home Depot and my son added them to the cabinets which really made them stand out. I could not be happier with the results. My cabinets turned out exactly like the picture I had in my head. My kitchen looks so much bigger and open and light."

To get your site ready for excavation, you should move anything in the area that isn’t affixed to the land. You can save money on the excavation by removing hardscaping, including walkways, decks, concrete patios, and paver patios.
