Sure enough we had to call him a day later because our freezer portion still wasn’t working he came about 2 days later and “fixed” it. We are still having problems with our freezer and have been messaging him. He tells us he will come one day but something always comes up. We messaged him again to see if he was planning on coming to do the work if not so we could stop wasting each others time at this point the warranty is now over but we just want answers.
