"Richard was outstanding!  He showed up on a timely basis for the first appointment, which was to provide an estimate.  He was thorough, and although he tried to upsell us on several items, he was not pushy at all.  His price was very competitive, and beat the lowest other bid by over $200.  On the day of the installation, he called us early to let us know that the supplier would be dropping off the tanks, and then showed up at the appointed time for the actual installation.  The installation went great and he finished in the timeframe that he stated he would finish.  He was friendly, but professional.  He even installed a new shower head in our daughter's bathroom free of charge.  We are planning a bathroom renovation soon, and we will definitely use Noble for this work!  I highly recommend him!

"We had Phillips 360 and several other landscapers come out to talk about fixing up our horrible backyard, and we were totally impressed with Mike's upfront approach to our budget. Our yard was dirt, weeds, and rubble and was so ugly we were kind of embarrassed by it. No problem for Mike! He went over what we wanted, what our options were at different price points, and how we could do this job so that there was potential to do more for the rest of the property in the future. His approach was simple - no fancy computer sketches - but we felt that he really listened to all of our practical needs and helped us troubleshoot for how we really use the yard. We put a deposit down in the fall for a spring job, he contacted us in early spring to set up the work, and the guys showed up as soon as the yard was thawed. Communication was excellent. He and everyone on the crew were some of the friendliest, most accommodating, and hardest working guys we've ever had at our house. In the end we had a sprinkler system installed that covered the new grass and an existing garden (with room to grow in the future), beautiful sod (we couldn't seed due to our dog traffic), and river rock borders and quality edging everywhere. We forgot to include one element in the original bid, and when we called Mike about it he came by to go over the details and had an updated estimate for us within 24 hours. At every step we were amazed by the responsiveness and affordability. As we said to the work crew when they left - they did an amazing job and we just wish they also did kitchens! We are already planning to hire Phillips 360 again in the future."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
