I called up Affordable Restoration and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the Affordable Restoration crew was on not only the flood aspect but also on how to work best with my insurance company. "They gave us an estimate of water mitigation for a small clean water leak for 6G but when the bill came it was 13G !! There were several errors in there billing charging for things like PPE that wasn?t used as well as inflating the amount of space of drywall that was removed and charging us for moving appliances when we did that ourselves. I try to get them to correct their bill. They acted like that?s what they negotiated with insurance but yet it was all based on miss information stating the full kitchen when it was just 1/3. We did not have them build back because if they can?t stay within reason if an estimate we can not trust them further!"

"Review Where to start, if I could give this company a zero I would. To start they had a higher markup than the other companies I spoke with, but they were great salesmen so I was sold on them. I hired them for asbestos abatement and mold remediation. I was advised a trash shoot would be used to remove the asbestos from the house to avoid tracking the asbestos though out the house. They didn?t use the shoot, and tracked it ever. I was told that any hold encountered would be remediated by using a chemical then sanding. But they lazily looked for it, and only cut and replaced. So I have no idea if the studs will have mold and if I?ll have to re-do the remediation. They also failed to check all the areas that were discussed. They also failed to run air scrubbers until I mentioned it. There was also the issue of their workers asking to use my bathroom and urinating on the floor for me to clean at a later time. As the work was happening, and I had questions, the workers would tell me the"
