"Paul Burlingame (and team) constructed a basement garage and attached ADU on the side of our 100 year old house - no small feat at all. Initially we were a little guarded because of all the horror stories you hear about shiesty contractors, but our experience with Paul has been nothing but positive throughout the entire build.
