"I had 2 circuits installed for my hot tub and AC. The first visit from Dave to estimate was great; on time and very professional. When his workers came to run the circuits from the panel to the disconnect, they were very polite and professional and did a great job. My complaint is that Dave would not respond when I asked him to come back and complete the connection to the hot tub when it was delivered until I finally received an email saying they would come two days after it was delivered. He said they would have the inspector there to buy off the job that Monday. So I used a day of vacation to stay home and the inspector called at 9:30 and when he found out the electrical work was not done, he cancelled the inspection. The work needed did not require me to be home except to allow the inspector entry to my garage so at that point, I had wasted a day of vacation for no good reason ONLY because Dave would not tell me what was happening. He was a very nice guy and always polite but he needs to be more proactive in communicating with his customers. A phone call only takes 30 seconds, after all."
