They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. "I was away from Spokane, and my family phoned me late one night to report the sewage lift pump alarm.  I phoned Jared early the next morning, and he was already on his way to Omak for a commercial repair job. Fortunately, he returned to Spokane by 4:00 PM, to assess the problem.  If I were home, I could have performed the assessment and repair, myself.  It could have been the pump, or simply the float.  Jared pulled the pump and float, tested them both,and determined it was only the float.  He got the part before the supply store closed, and was done by 6:00 PM.  He could have replaced the entire unit, and I'd never have known the difference, but Jared didn't oversell or get greedy, he simply did what was right, saving me the cost of a replacement pump.  Thanks, Jared!"
