"I hesitated to write this review.  I think what happened to us was a fluke.  We made an appt., my husband took time off of work and they never showed up--even after a couple of phone calls.  He finally called us back and he had the appt. down for the wrong day.  We rescheduled and he showed up on time and did a great job.  It did cost my husband a couple of days off and we had a non-working disposal (not a big deal--just inconvenient).
As I said, he did do a great job.  I've talked to several people who have used him and had great service.  I would definitely use him again.  I might hesitate to call if I had an urgent deadline to meet.

"I moved from Seattle to Spokane and had set up this meeting with Eric, owner of business, on the phone. I had talked to other service  providers and he was the most personable, assuring, reasonable, and fun to talk to. He speaks highly of his technicians and others he works with.  The installation of the furnace and air conditioner was a painless process for me and everyone worked very hard.  Eric also found an electrician, JD Electric, to put in the line for the air conditioner one day in advance of the high heat expected. The other electrician was stuck on another job and JD showed up, worked hard and did a great job. They all worked together to make this happen for me and I would recommend them for any furnace, duct, air conditioner install or repair. I also liked everyone as individuals and felt safe having them in my home. They were all very respectful of my situation.

"We used Gold Seal Plumbing a few time in the past couple of months.  They were recommended to us by a trusted friend.
The first time we called in we talked to Martin, who was really helpful.  Doug, the Gold Seal plumber, arrived on time and was very professional.  He was able to quickly give us the information on the cost and process involved in the repair.  He was efficient, clean and friendly.  However, for our next plumbing need we made the mistake of trying to ?take advantage? of our home warranty and since they do not contract with Gold Seal Plumbing, they send a plumber from ?America NW?.  We regretted that very much? That plumber could not be compared to Doug from Gold Seal.  He fixed the problem, but we were not pleased at all with his
professional demeanor or respect of our property.  This plumber almost ruined our front porch by throwing a heavy pipe onto the porch.  He also continuously took personal calls on his phone and was impatient and unhappy.  We since, decided that Doug is
our one and only plumber.  In fact, just yesterday we installed a costly water treatment product.  It was a complete pleasure working with Gold Seal Plumbing and, of course, Doug.

We were fortunate to get ahold of 1st Response Plumbing; they came when they said they would and easily did the work that Sears couldn't. Derrick was great; we were really happy with the work he did and it was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use them again."
