Also, when he left I noticed the front door knob was jiggly. He had to come back out and fix it the same day. When he came he did not have paper towels or rags to clean up after himself. So, I supplied them. He got caulk on my front door Matt. I will have to get another. He was nice, but not as prepared as I think he should be."

"Ken is AWESOME! He was the Only one who responded to my need. It was Thanksgiving day and my kitten had already spent a day and a night stuck high in a tree and afraid to get back down. It was such a cold night I couldnt have her go through another! And thats exactly what Ken said too when he read my need. He was at my house within 30 minutes Thanksgiving day.
