"Brass tax: Dave did a great job and I'd hire him again tomorrow if I needed work done. I'm an investor in the Spokane market and recently bought a 4-plex that I needed parking lot work done to. Dave was quick to respond and I appreciated that he was down to earth guy who was willing to talk through some different solutions on what we could do.
