"It went amazing. They walked me through all charges and everything that they would be doing and made it a very easy choice in companies. I will always rehire them for any maintenance needs I may have. They work fast and efficient. I couldn't have found a better, nicer company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone."

"We have been very happy with their work ethic.  They are always there on time, unlike the private ladies we had previously used. They never complain and are always efficient, fast and cheerful.  They are very careful with our fine furnishings and teak wood flooring.  They are licensed and bonded which means we can legally write it off as a business expense.  We would highly recommend this company.

"We have a high end vacation rental that needed cleaning. I am always concerned that cleaners will scratch up the woodwork or furniture or beautiful teak flooring so I'm pretty nervous with new cleaners. Ken Jones and his company were the best cleaners I've had.. The were outstanding in that they were thorough, cheerful, willing to go above and beyond what any others have ever done. (They even blew the pine needles and cleaned windows), They were respectful of my property and of us and very fast. I rate this company A+"

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Cleaning floors is a relatively easy DIY job, but paying for a professional cleaning service is worthwhile if you don’t have the time to dedicate to cleaning or if you have particularly dirty floors, deep-set stains, or wooden floors that you might damage during the cleaning process. A professional house cleaner will have the tools and experience necessary to remove dirt, pet hair, debris, and even stains and discoloration from your floors without damaging them. The service is also relatively affordable, making it a great investment if you don’t have the time or tools to do it yourself.

Vinegar is an excellent cleaner for vinyl flooring and won’t ruin the material. Mopping the floor with a cup of vinegar diluted in a gallon of warm water can make it sparkle.

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

Commonly used in garages, epoxy is a synthetic resin coating that goes over the top of concrete surfaces. If you’re deciding between polished concrete and epoxy flooring, the best choice depends on your needs and personal preference. Epoxy is durable and highly customizable, while polished concrete tends to require less maintenance. They’re both long-lasting with similar price points, and professional installation is recommended for each.

The cost for professional floor cleaning is $250 on average. This cost can range from $100 to $1,500, depending on the type of flooring and its square footage.

For example, natural stone flooring requires specialized techniques and care, so you'll spend closer to the higher end of the cost range. The cost of cleaning tile and grout is more cost-effective, where you'll pay an average of $0.50 to $3.50 per square foot.
