"This is the third time that I have used this service. The service man shows up promptly, is courteous, does the work and leaves. Last year, I had a stain that did not come out to my satisfaction the first time (strawberry smoothie on white rug!), they returned and shampooed again. Voila, the stain was gone! There was no added cost for this return visit. I will continue to use them, usually annually!"

"J &J was very punctual! The team divided and conquered cleaning my carpets and washing the Windows. They were very speedy, yet very friendly and had tremendous attention to detail. It was nice dealing with a company that truly believes in customer service and value for there customers money! Their prices were so reasonable and with the list of services they provide, they're a one stop shop for landlords like myself. I would definitely recommend them to other property owners!"
