Carpentry repairs were excellent. House prep work was limited and caused some extra work. Painting was done and some areas had peeling problem. The problem did cause extra work for the crew, but they did come back without hessitation and repaired the problem areas.
Said he could repair it without replacing circuit board, but then let a note in my mailbox saying the repair would not be approved by Whirlpool and he would not do it.
