Also provided many photos showing the work he did. Besides cleaning the roof, he applied moss control. Cleaned and repaired our gutters!! I would totally recommend this company! The problem was misdiagnosed ? twice it now appears. Mistakes happen and I understand diagnosing leaks to be challenging. But responsiveness was frustratingly slow and, after half the job was completed and it became clear it was the wrong solution, they seemed to lose interest. When I gave them another chance to articulate next steps they simply didn't respond.And when I asked for a partial refund for the work never completed, they indicated their quote was only for half the job that was actually completed. I don't want to demonize their guy. He seemed like a nice fellow. But I sure hope he does better for future customers."
