Dear Future Customer: I wanted to take the time to introduce to you our company and myself as well as our services since I haven't had the chance to meet you personally. FOR MORE INFO SEE OUR WEBSITE http/www.TACOMAPAINTCONTRACTOR.COM. Our company, Brink Painting & Construction LLC has been in business since 1992 (formerly Brink & Cannell Sept. 1992 to Dec. 1998). I personally have been painting since 1986 and I graduated from University of Washington in 1988 with a BA in Economics and then ran my own company from 1988-1990. And Again since 1992. We are a member of Master Builders of Pierce County, as well as a PDCA Member (Painting & Decorators Contractors of America). We started doing Water & Fire Damage Restoration as a specialty in 1996. We are one of the few Certified Drizone Contractors for water damage restoration.

Very professional. Great communication. When we found some imperfections they came back to fix all of our issues until we were satisfied. The owner and the project manager were great. Pricier than other quotes we got but we felt it was worth it to have it done to our standards. We will definitely use them again for any other painting projects we have.

We hired Brink Painting for a job in our house. The work they initially did was not to our satisfaction, as they did not use tape and left many steak lines/uneven surfaces. We asked them to return to fix the many spots that needed to be fixed, which they did. The owner even came to our house while the painters were there fixing it up. They were all very friendly and respectful. I appreciate their efforts in returning and making sure we were satisfied.

"We learned they were not happy at the end of the job after it dried and I went back out as the owner and we made sure everything was 100% and even did some things that we were not in the original scope to go above and beyond. Not sure why after going the extra mile and making sure we got everything we got 4 starts especially on customer service. I appreciate the business and we always make sure the customer signs off with the satisfaction guarantee at the end of the job."

The house looks great at a glance. However, if you look closely there are many uneven lines. They didn t use tape around doors and the ceiling which left some very uneven lines.

"I am a little surprised by this review as we have a process on each job where the customer walks the completed job and only after satisfied they sign a punch list form, so we know we got everything that they asked us to do plus our lead painter or project manager/estimator do their own inspection as well. I have a signed punch list form from this job stating the customer is satisfied, they paid, and then we receive this review later. As always, if there is anything that was missed all you have to do is call/email etc, and we will address it. I know we reached out after this review to see if there is anything we could do to remedy this. As you can see by our reviews from over 10 years, we are mostly 5 star consistently. This review is not really fair to penalize us when we have taken extra steps, and we have a process to identify any issues ahead of time and get them resolved so it is a 5-star experience, we just need communication from the customer."

Their painters are very efficient & helpful. The work was done within the estimated time & my house was left very tidy. Larry followed up with one concern I had & also found a couple of things that didn't meet his expectations (he's fussier than I am; I didn't notice any of the flaws!) They were taken care of immediately. The bid was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
