"I called immediately after purchasing this $149 Deal, to find out what the actual cost would be for a roof my size (significantly larger than allowed for with the deal pricing - the quoted price seemed fair) and more importantly, about the chemical make up of the product because I have stained cedar board and batten siding that would cost a small fortune to replace. It was damaged when another company used Tide (it dripped down with rain and left streaks where it had bleached - it was an expensive repair to sand and restain) so now that I learned that lesson the hard way, I want to be sure that the product is safe for the siding material. I was told it was vinegar-based, but it wouldn't do any damage. Vinegar discolors wood. I know because I use it to make wood look like old barn wood. And it kills plants. Again, I know because I use it vs. chemicals, to kill the weeds in my gravel drive. I spoke with Alan about this and he said I'd need to sign a waiver in advance for damages. OK. I called the manufacturer of my stain and the lumber yard, and they said be sure to spray the siding down before applying. Alan said I'd want to do this vs. them charging $150/hour to spray. OK. I called the office to schedule and we scheduled for a Saturday. I don't remember what happened, but they needed to reschedule, so we scheduled again, for a Saturday. Perfect. I can be home and spray water in advance. Then I got a call from Alan and he said they don't work on Saturday's. I told him that was going to require me to take time off of work. We again discussed my concerns about vinegar and he told me the product isn't really vinegar. But it is a proprietary solution and they can't divulge the make up. So I asked if they would just do a small area of the roof for the $149 I paid, as a trial. No; they will not do that. So then I asked if we could use it get windows cleaned. No; they don't do windows any more (perhaps a business name change is in order?). Then he called and said they would do a small area as a trial, to earn my business. OK, I like that attitude. They'd be out one of two days. I texted to confirm the first day and he said it would be the next. No show, no call. At this point, I gave up. We just did it ourselves with Lilly Miller Moss Out and it worked. He did follow up after and I give him credit for that, but a no show is a no show."

Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.

"They asked to have the blinds removed in the fully raised position with the cords wrapped tightly around the blind and to my surprise, immersed and vigorously aggitated the blinds in the water bath in this position.  In spite of this, all but one of the blinds came out very clean.  However, when I went to rehang the blinds I noticed that the bottom rail end caps were missing from all of the wider blinds (6 feet and over) and one of the valance clips was missing from a smaller blind.  These items obviously came off during the vigorous aggitation.   I have these blinds cleaned every other year and have never had missing parts before.  The company does not know where the parts are and seemed surprised that they could have fallen off during cleaning.  If you use this firm, I recommend you remove and store ALL detachable parts before cleaning. "
