Residential and Commercial. Pressure Washing. Gutter cleaning. SoftWash Roof cleaning and moss treatment. Holiday light sales and installation. A Credit Card is required to set appointment and can be used to pay upon completion or may use other approved means to pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover along with Cash/Check. We are a paperless company so we send all estimates and invoices via email, of course if preferred, we will provide paper estimates/invoices.

"I got a free estimate with several options of services from a salesperson who came out and looked at the house and explained them to me. We scheduled the actual wash for a few days later, and it looks great! They used a mild bleach solution, then rinsed it and applied a 'restorer.' Because of the bleach, the roof looks cleaner right away. They sprayed water on the house and greens below the part of the roof they were treating, and rinsed them again after the bleach solution was rinsed off the roof to keep anything from being damaged. I also got gutter cleaning and brightening (washing the outside of the gutters). Last time someone did my gutters there was crap splattered everywhere afterwards, but with Lakeview ProWash it looks spotless. I'm really happy with the results, and confident the shingles weren't in any way damaged or compromised. Overall very satisfied, and looking forward to seeing how things look after the colors / cleaning stabilizes in a few rains. It was about $3.5k for everything, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Pressure washing alone would have been > $1k, and pressure washing plus gutters closer to $1.5k (I also had a gazebo and shed they cleaned). Well worth it for the soft wash and treatment."

"Tony arrived promptly to provide me a quote. Josh and Ari performed the actual work and I could not have asked for two nicer or harder working young men. They arrived promptly and ready to work - no standing around. They washed the inside and outside of my windows and the inside and outside of two skylights. Very neat, very polite and the windows/sliding doors look great. When I noticed a small spot on one skylight, Josh immediately got his ladder back out and climbed up on the roof to remove it - and did so with a cheerful attitude. It seems harder and harder to find good quality work and good customer service. This experience reflected both. I won't be using anyone else."

"This job was a complete master bath remodel. The old tub, vanity, toilet and flooring were removed. Then a tile shower, sliding glass door, heated tile flooring, new toilet and vanity were installed. The work performed by Emerald Isle was top notch and I could not be happier. All work was performed thoroughly and professionally. This includes everything from the tile layer to the sub contractors that performed the plumbing and electrical work. The job site was kept in good order, minimizing the impact of the rest of the house. The project manager, Marcus, kept things moving and kept me well informed throughout. The business owner, Andrew, was very personally involved, coming by at all stages of the project to ensure all was going smoothly. And all this was done for a very reasonable price.
