"This company is not forthright with their customers. They provide sight unseen estimates (over the phone) and do not follow up or through after the initial estimate has been provided. They low ball their estimate based on local competitors, only to later increase their costs after their movers arrive and begin loading the truck. In our experience, they presented us with an on-site revised estimate that was $7,500 higher than their original estimate. During the move process, which took one day instead of two, they laid no floor coverings down, did significant damage to our hardwood floors (without telling us), and left our house in a mess. When we called to report what had happened, which included showing photos of the damage, we had their customer service department tell us that their Operations Manager was "too busy" to call us back about our concerns. After repeated attempts to reach the Operations Manager, she had no knowledge of the incidents, apologized for everything, and told us we'd be hearing from our the management team. Her immediate suggestion was to provide us with a free house cleaning. Our belongings are currently sitting in a warehouse in Washington and we are being charged monthly. The invoice even includes a threat for a late fee if it's not paid within five days. To date, we've heard nothing. The group out of Auburn Washington is not to be trusted."

"I did my move over 2 sessions. The first went flawless, the second only flaws. For starters, I got their cancellation notice 30 minutes before the movers were supposed to show up. I intentionally booked on a Wednesday as I was moving to Whidbey and wanted to schedule around less ferry traffic. The only day available was two days later, on a Friday. The movers arrived with one furniture blanket despite moving a 3000 sq ft home. The moving crew was slower than the first round, by about two hours, which put us on the ferry at 4 pm. By then, WSDOT dropped to just one boat. The movers didn't get to my house until 9:30 pm. A friend and myself helped unload the entire truck (we're both 65 yrs old) to help the guys. The owner then had the audacity to bill me for the six hours of ferry time, despite him cancelling the pre-arranged Wed move. I refused to pay it, after much yelling at each other, and threatened legal action, he relented and charged me the same rate as the first move. The owner was rude and irrational and the movers told me he cancelled on Wed because he double booked. Do not use these people."
