I did my move over 2 sessions. The first went flawless, the second only flaws. For starters, I got their cancellation notice 30 minutes before the movers were supposed to show up. I intentionally booked on a Wednesday as I was moving to Whidbey and wanted to schedule around less ferry traffic. The only day available was two days later, on a Friday. The movers arrived with one furniture blanket despite moving a 3000 sq ft home. The moving crew was slower than the first round, by about two hours, which put us on the ferry at 4 pm. By then, WSDOT dropped to just one boat. The movers didn't get to my house until 9:30 pm. A friend and myself helped unload the entire truck (we're both 65 yrs old) to help the guys. The owner then had the audacity to bill me for the six hours of ferry time, despite him cancelling the pre-arranged Wed move. I refused to pay it, after much yelling at each other, and threatened legal action, he relented and charged me the same rate as the first move. The owner was rude and irrational and the movers told me he cancelled on Wed because he double booked. Do not use these people.

Requested 3 movers, 2 arrived. The job was large, and two men took all day to move us 1 mile. The men were professional and courteous, but did drop our refrigerator denting the front door and scratching front of fridge. Also found a rip on the couch under a cushion. I felt there were in a bit of a hurry because they had another job to get to after ours, which I found to be ridiculous considering they had moved a 3500 sqft home all day. with only two people.

Went well. No complaints.
