Also provided many photos showing the work he did. Besides cleaning the roof, he applied moss control. Cleaned and repaired our gutters!! I would totally recommend this company! Very easy to work with and work completed in a timely manner!"

But responsiveness was frustratingly slow and, after half the job was completed and it became clear it was the wrong solution, they seemed to lose interest. When I gave them another chance to articulate next steps they simply didn't respond.And when I asked for a partial refund for the work never completed, they indicated their quote was only for half the job that was actually completed. I don't want to demonize their guy. He seemed like a nice fellow. But I sure hope he does better for future customers."
