We hired them for a few broken sprinkler heads and the addition of one, and what they literally left us with, was a broken, leaking master valve that was NOT broken when they started. We literally WATCHED him break it and then take no responsibility for it. We are also left with one entire section of our yard with NO working sprinkler system.
