Quality was excellent. Driver as well as office personnel were very nice and reponsive. Only problem was punctuality. They estimated a deliverey between 12 and 2, and actually delivered at 3:30, indicating they were running late. I had called them the day before to veriify the amount and delivery time, but apparently that did not work. Other than that one issue, they are excellent to use for bark and mulch.

Otherwise, I was satisfied with the services.

They responded to my voice mail the next day and scheduled a delivery for the day after which was my request. I was very pleased because I thought it would be too late to ask for delivery that soon. I paid for the delivery over the phone and was told a 1 hour time slot when delivery would occur. They called to tell me they were coming within 30 minutes which was the window I had been told to expect them. They arrived on time and put the bark in a tricky tight spot where I wanted it. All staff I talked to were polite and professional. The delivery charge was $45 which I didn't ask about so I probably would have gotten 1 more yard just in case if I had talked with them about that. I will definitely use them again.

I had 4 yards of dirt delivered. They were the 3rd place I called, beat the other prices by half and delivered within 2 hrs. of my call. They were great and would recommend them to everyone!!

Staff is good about providing information with regards to soil and mulch choices, what comprises their products and what the best application is for said products. Truck drivers arrived on schedule and took care to deliver a large load of soil with as little damage to the property as possible.

I CALLED AT 8:00 IN THE MORNING ON MEMORIAL DAY AND THEY MADE THE DELIVERY BY 12:30 PM THAT DAY. DRIVER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ABLE TO PUT THE GRAVEL WHERE WE NEEDED IT.

RIVER ROAD LANDSCAPE SUPPLY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF DUMPING THE TOPSOIL IN THE THREE PLACES THAT WE NEEDED IT MOST. OPPOSED TO A PREVIOUS BUSINESS WHERE THEY CHARGED FOR MORE THAN ONE DUMPING AREA.

WE CALLED MID-WEEK FOR A DELIVERY ON FRIDAY, AND ALTHOUGH THEY WERE BUSY, THEY WERE ABLE TO SQUEEZE US IN. WE NEEDED 20-YARDS OF TOP SOIL BROUGHT TO THE HOUSE AND WE WANTED IT DUMPED IN OUR RV PARKING AREA. THEY DID EXACTLY THAT. THEY ALSO TAKE CHECKS, WHICH IS NICE, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE CASH ON HAND. THEY WERE AT THE HOUSE WITHIN 15-MINUTES OF THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THAT WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE!
