"Adam and his team did an amazing job on completing a backyard fence for my family. He was hardworking and detailed with the work. Kept me updated through every step of the way from the permit process, ordering materials and check-ins as the build was happening. Our fence is great! Unfortunately, you cannot put hot pans directly on laminate countertops, as the heat can cause significant damage. The heat can cause chips, burns, and marks, plus weaken the laminate. If you do have something hot you need to set down, then be sure you use a trivet or towel as a barrier between the countertop and pan so you can prolong its life.

Concrete countertops are made food-grade through their sealant and the continued use of a food-grade cleaner. For that reason, it is important not to use acidic cleaners or bleach. Read the ingredients on any cleaner and avoid products with vinegar, acid, or anything else that could eat away at the concrete's sealant. 

The resin should be periodically sealed to help prevent it from wearing down or becoming porous. Very sharp or very hot objects can damage the resin surface, and there’s no way to fully repair it if that happens, so we recommend treating the counters well.

Marble is a porous natural stone that needs sealant to minimize staining. Leaving this type of countertop material sealant-free means any liquids left on the surface will quickly absorb into the stone, discoloring it and dulling the sheen. Dark or acidic liquids, like red wine, coffee, and lemon, are the worst culprits.
