They rescheduled 4 times, one of the times telling me they were on their way and then following up with a text saying they gave the appointment to another customer. I let them know I would pay an extra fee if it meant they could keep the appointment, noting that I was under contract to provide this report. I reminded them of this each time they called to cancel, and was laughed at once and told it was "not their problem that it was heating season." After the final cancelation, I let them know I would now miss my deadline for my house contract and they again said that was not their fault and that an appointment is not a guarantee - regardless of circumstance.
