"They were very good. They came by and did the work; I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and very detailed oriented. It was expensive because I wanted all the bells and whistles. I had a significant problem but their solution to the problem was far more comprehensive than anyone else that I got into to look at. They took it far more seriously and identified a basement wall that needed reinforcing. I was pleased with the entire proposal. I got lower quotes but did not feel that other people understood the problem as well. I got the value for money because I really don’t know how they could have done it for less when I saw what was involved."

"Green Mountain Basement solutions were great about stopping the leaks in my basement by installing drains and a subpump and so far no leaking to report but they left a huge mess behind them and damage done to my walls and the new concrete covering that they put over the drains was done sloppy and uneven. If it were my company I would have taken the time to clean behind me and I would have left the home the way it was when I entered as much as possible. They were in a rush to move to the next job so the quality of their work was lacking. I felt like it was a rush job."
