"We hired them to till, regrade, augment topsoil and reseed a large portion of our back yard due to heavy rutting and damage caused by tree removal last fall. Too much excavation and soil work for me to do manually. Lonnie was responsive, communicated well, came without delay, brought the right equipment to do the work efficiently and without drama. Very pleased with the outcome (new grass seed has not yet sprouted but only went in 3 days ago) and he didn't damage the front or side yards while accessing the back yard. Great to find an excavator willing to take on a relatively small job and scale the equipment used for the task without "upselling" . Thanks Lonnie! You made it look easy. There was no pre-existing roadway, so Eric did all the excavation, as well as installing a large culvert for proper drainage. He also excavated and installed a gravel pad for a cabin.
