"The project was accomplished just as was agreed upon; no surprises, as scheduled, done in a timely manner. Ric Rolski, concierge, kept in touch with me and let me know the details of materials arrival, making sure his crew would deliver them in the assigned place. He was also very available months post project to answer a question I had and followed up on it. That is what I call customer service!
