We provide the required, but often overlooked annual deep cleaning of your Mini Split Heat Pump so you don't have to! Most owners don't realize manufacturers recommend a complete deep cleaning for these units once per year to provide healthy air, cost effective heating and cooling, and extend the life of the heating and cooling system. We deconstruct, detail hand-wash, and pressure wash your Mini Split Heat Pumps and then fully deep clean and pressure wash the interior coil system to remove mold, mildew, pollen, dander, and other allergens completely from your unit. This not only immediately and drastically improves your indoor air quality, it also immediately reduces your energy consumption and costs associated with running an uncleaned unit. We are a family-owned and operated business out of Charlestown, NH, that started by simply meeting a family need. Like most people, we thought cleaning our pull-out filters was enough. When our installer explained that our unit wasn't functioning properly because we had never deep cleaned it, we got to work and removed a staggering amount of build up from inside it. We immediately began noticing in countless local restaurants, offices, gas stations, and shops, the units on their walls and ceilings were visibly blowing around debris or dripping contaminated fluids, most likely from the same lack of proper cleaning. With five children in our home, asthma, allergies, and a dog, as soon as we learned the significance of deep cleaning and saw the difference it made, we decided to help people who are in the same situation we were. Having seen the importance of deconstructing and deep cleaning our Mini Split Heat Pump for our own family, and seeing the immediate difference it made in our air quality and utility bills, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community, providing a healthier, more comfortable environment for them and their families.

Heating and Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

Is mold in an air conditioner dangerous? Running an air conditioner with mold isn’t safe because it can spread harmful mold spores throughout your home. These spores may cause respiratory problems, allergies, or aggravate asthma in household members and guests. If you suspect there is mold hiding in your air conditioner, it’s best to stop using the HVAC system until the mold is cleaned to avoid health risks and further contamination.

The first sign you're not getting enough return air is if some parts of your home feel hotter or colder than others. If nothing else is causing that, leaky air ducts are your next clue. If the air pressure feels different in every room, this is also usually a sign of insufficient return air.

While you’ll pay more upfront for a brand-new HVAC unit, you can save money in the long run. Here’s how to save on your new HVAC system:

  • When purchasing a high-efficiency system, your energy bills will be lower in the future.

  • You may be eligible for special offers from your local energy company.

  • Depending on the system, you may be eligible for HVAC rebates and tax credits.

  • Choose to replace your air conditioning unit and furnace simultaneously to save on labor and installation costs.

No, it's not advisable to only replace the outside AC unit connected to your system. AC units are designed to work as a cohesive system, and older units work differently than newer units. Therefore, replacing only one component can lead to incompatibilities that affect the system’s performance. Replacing one component can void your warranty, costing you money for repairs.

Water buildup in your HVAC system is a cause for alarm. If water accumulates in your ductwork, it can drastically lower your home's air quality and create safety hazards. These risks include mold growth, damage to your HVAC system, and attracting pests that are seeking water into your ducts. Proper insulation and sealing of ducts can prevent this, and regular inspection and maintenance can address water damage problems before they become too severe.
