Stuart was able to come the day I contacted him. He determined it was not a circulator pump, and spent approximately 3 hours bleeding the air out out of the two zones. He showed up when he said he would, was extremely thorough, and patiently answered all my questions. I now feel comfortable enough to handle this issue myself based on Stuart's instruction.
