"It went good and they finished, and most of the shingles lay flat, some were lifted. The problem and my problem is that I had good diverters on my old roof, and they did away with them. Now there are little diverters and they are under the shingles--I told them I think they should be on top of the shingles because they are lifting the shingles, and that could cause problems in the winter. Also, there is an area where the water comes down fast, and sometimes when it rains, it pours into the gutter and pours out onto my ground next to my foundation and hatchway. I talked to the head person of the Job, and he said it was ok at that time and if it acted up, he would come and fix it. I called them at least 6-8 times, and Christina wrote it down about the water falling off my roof before it has a chance to go into the gutters in the front. I called her many times about getting someone back to my house before my foundations get ruined. Now, after 6-8 times, no one will answer or come. Maybe it would take them to fix the issues. I had to remove the sign because of bad storms."

"ECMR breached their own contract by NOT informing us of costs for additional work until the job was completed. Poor communication after the sale was made. No issue with sales or workmanship. Big issue with the breach of contract with the high pressure from ECMR to just pay the additional amount. The roofs on the house and barn look amazing and it was fast. Contract issue is the only reason for this review."
