ROOFS OVER VERMONT

This project was great from beginning to end. Communication was always immediate, the estimate was fair and very competitive, and the work performed was superb. The materials they used, the highest quality. I knew what components to be looking for and they used them. No shortcuts anywhere along the line. Mick ran the project, and Sam installed the roof, by himself, in record time. 5 days total for a roof that I was told would take 2 weeks with a team of 3 from an expert. Sam revealed that 37 years of experience is why this was possible. It was evident in the way he worked. I could not be happier. But I would also like to respond to a review I saw online about this company. A guy complained that he would only hear hammering every few minutes and perceived this as a sign of slow work. I watched Sam work with a video camera, and of course could hear him up there. Hammering is one small part of the process. Prepping, moving tiles into place, organizing, all these things are part of the process. So yeah, hamming every few minutes because that is all that was required. The end result was everything I could have hoped for, the roof is beautiful. Roofs Over Vermont come highly recommended by me.
