"Took floor down to concrete base. Toilet flange rusted. Vanity had leaking pipe. Fixed/changed all. Replaced some drywall which had covered up holes. Removed odd molding & avocado paint. Painted & put up crown molding & tiled floor. Waiting for vanity & .toilet to come. Bathroom looks so good. Had been looking for a good contractor for over a year.
