"Do yourself a big favor and don't hire this firm! Originally, Armand Morel was hired for a big job, over $200,000, but he was fired only part way into demolition. Armand misrepresented the way he would work and was rude to me, and then, after I felt compelled to fire him, he attempted to overcharge me by over $20,600 for the partial demolition he had accomplished to that point. I had to hire a lawyer who advised me to negotiate a settlement, which involved compromises I found difficult to make. My lawyer and I settled for $15,850 on 12/6/23. Armand still got away with thousands more than he should have been paid--plus I had to then pay a legal bill of roughly $2500. Therefore, not including my time, energy, delayed job, and stress, I was out roughly $7250."

I currently have only one employee.I have had no complaints from my customers.Excellent references.I am clean,trustworthy,and experienced.Normally when I do an estimate I ask for one half up front for materials,the other half upon completion.I am also fully insured.
