Jerry arrived quickly, even though it was a Saturday.  He was extremely nice and explained the issue.  After determining that the house trap was clogged he did some further testing to determine that the sewer line was not running as well as it should.  He cleared the house trap and augured out the line from the house to the street.

They do a good job. The only complaint is they are not nice people to talk with, Not customer service friendly at all!!! And god forbid you have a problem after regular business hours, then you are really going to see how unfriendly they are and bad customer service they have, even though they advertise 24/7 service.

We discovered we had a problem last night at about 7pm (flush the toiliet, water gushes out of the washing machine drain pipe onto the basement floor. NOT good!) We found a plumber on Angie's List who returned out call within 10 minutes. That plumber doesn't do the kind of roto-rooter work he was pretty sure we needed, based on what we told him over the phone, so he referred us to P and P. Thankfully P and P returned our call within 5-10 minutes also, and gave us the option of him doing the job in about an hour at his higher (ok, double) overtime rate, or waiting until next morning at 7am for regular rate. We chose option A gladly, given that with 3 healthy adults and 1 bathroom, we prefer to be able to go AND flush whenever nature calls.
He arrived at about 8:30pm and was done at 9:30pm. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable; did the job efficiently and didn't seem to mind my husband watching over his shoulder asking lots of questions and making jokes. He even moved the washer and dryer for us and mopped up the nasty water that had pooled under each, then got some spray disinfectant from his truck to spray on the floor there. He also tested and double tested to make sure everything was now draining properly (it did, yay!) before he left.
It cost us $360 for an hour of work, but I consider it money well spent. My husband being the sort who usually tries to do these repairs himself, I was sooo grateful to find someone else who could do the job right away so that I did not have to be 'hubby plumber's' helper on such a nasty job. I also was happy to pay double so that I did not have to deal with the possibility of having to either use buckets or seek out the nearest gas station should nature call before the plumber arrived in the morning.
So, Angie, you said you want all the details here. Is that enough? :)

They were very professional and courteous. After the problem was discovered, they met me at my property and went over my options, at no additional cost. For the initial septic tank pumping that uncovered the problem, and the replacing of the tank, they arrived earlier than their estimated time window, and were fast and efficient. They knew who I should talk to with the town, gave me straight information, and did quality work. They have my business.

Arrived on time. The guy worked very hard digging out the tank lid through roots and rocky soil. He recommended putting in a riser and lid to prevent having a labor charge for subsequent services. He brought it out himself on his way home saving us a second service call. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the service and professionalism of the guy who did it. We highly recommend P and P.

Estimate was told upfront which was spot on. Had the septic system serviced, which turned out to be full. They told me about the filter that needs to be cleaned yearly which I didn't know about ( I lived out west on a public system before). Overall, very satisfied with price, service, and promptness!

My pump alarm went off at 6:30 AM. I called Pand P at 7:30 AM and they were here by 9 AM (happened to be in the area anyway). The technician very neatly removed both the septic tank and pump station covers. He identified that the pump was not functioning, so he called in for a second group to address this. Meanwhile, he pumped out both the septic and pump station and said that they seemed to be in good condition, except for the pump. He replaced the septic tank cover, including carefully replacing the sod so it looked undisturbed. Within 90 minutes, the office called to say the second team was on their way. They arrived, very quickly diagnosed a short circuit in the pump wire and corrected the problem. They said that the pump was working fine now, although they could not really test it until the tank filled again, which would take several weeks. The second team was actually from a another company that specializes in pump repairs, but clearly they do a lot of work with Pand P, and Pand P took care of all the arrangements and billing. Both groups were prompt, professional, friendly, and very neat. The price seemed a little high, but worth it to have it fixed so quickly. The entire situation was resolved by noon on the same day.

Perfect. I contacted Pand P after having trouble getting another company to respond. Pand P got me scheduled 1st thing the next day after I called. They were there first thing the next morning and service was performed fast and well.

We we referred to Pand P by our plumber because of a problem we were having with slow and backing up drains. Pand P sent someone out right away and right on time the same day. Jared listened to all of the symptoms of the problem and was able to find the issue in less than an hour. But he didn't stop there, once the leech field filter was cleared he checked the septic tank as well and found another issue related to the first problem, backed up baffle in the septic due to the slow drainage. If he hadn't gone the extra mile to follow through on his work we would have been calling again this week to get that taken care of too. He worked quickly and efficiently to resolve both issues. He took plenty of time to answer all of my questions (as a first time homeowner who has never lived with a septic system). He explained everything he was doing and within just two hours had everything up and running again smoothly. All of that on the hottest day of the year so far working in the sun. We were very impressed by Jared and Pand P and would highly recommend them to anyone needing septic work done or having a drainage problem in their home. Thanks!

We called them and they came over promptly. They cleaned the drain to the street. They found the plug a few feet from the house but cleaned to the street just to be sure it was ok. He gave us good advise that saved us about 1,000 dollars. He cleaned up after he was done. We had a simular problem before and call router roto router. We paid twice as much and they try to over sell us on a bunch of junk.

Awful!! My septic alarm went off repeatedly. After looking at it I realized the wiring was a bit wonky, not wanting to mess with that I called Pand P. I explained the situation to them, specifically said it was not an emergency and asked that someone stop by next time he or she was in Charlotte, which is about ten miles from their Williston office. The next day two men came by and fixed the problem in less than five minutes, A few days later I received a bill for $400! I had been charged an astronomically high amount for traveling time for two men from Williston to Charlotte. Apparently, it took them forty five minutes each way! When I called and complained I was told that company policy is for two men to go out on this type of call and paying for traveling time is standard. I explained that I'd specifically asked for one guy who was already in the area and was told very nastily "too bad." I have spoken with several other people who have had similar experiences. Pand P Septic is an extremely unprofessional, price gouging, nasty company and I suggest you do NOT use them!

I tried 3 different liquid drano type products, didn't work. I purchased a 25 foot snake from home depot...didn't work (returned and got money back). Finally put up the white flag and called Pand P. They offered to come that day (no extra charge). The man that showed up was very kind. He could not get the clog out with his 50 foot snake so he ended up using a 100 footer and was able to get it.

P and P septic came out an hour after I called, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the next working day (the work included contacting the city for a permit, tearing up the street to reach the pipe, replacing the pipe, removing gunk left by the broken pipe, and putting in cold pack asphalt (since it was march). Later, they came and replaced the asphalt with hot pack. This added about $1000 to the total cost. Although we had a pretty good experience (barring the sticker shock of this type of repair), I had two small problems. 1) the initial quote did not include the $1000 permit fee from our city for street work, which meant the final price was much higher than we expected (I have not included the fee in the cost of the work). They apologized very politely for this oversight. 2) Although we knew they would have to replace the cold pack asphalt with hot pack, they did not call to tell us when - my husband came home one morning in May to find a backhoe (this might not be the correct name for the vehicle) parked part way on the flower beds. I think they tried to avoid smushing the flowers, but we would have appreciated advanced notice.
