"This job was to remove textured paint from the ceilings in 3 rooms, approx. 750 square feet. The crew showed up promptly, and took time to prep the entire work area. The job was ~3 days' work, including re-painting the ceilings. After completion, I noticed some missed spots, likely due to lighting in the house. "I contacted Cully because of his ratings on Angie's List as it is very hard to find a reliable contractor in this small town where we own apartments. Cully immediately got back to me - we discussed what work needed to be done and he had a very professional proposal emailed to me within 24 hours. Initially, we agreed for him to sheet-rock 2 ceilings but found that he was so knowledgable and handy so we also had him put up paneling. "The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
