"Things started out great - Damian responded right away and did very nice work on installing exterior doors and rebuilding deck stairs in a timely fashion. After that, it took months to get any of the other work done. After emphasizing the importance of getting everything done by the end of 2020, they could not seem to keep anticipated appointments. Now we are left with just a couple of weeks in the year and having to try to find someone quickly who can get the job done immediately. Good luck with that in December! Having hoped this was a company we could count on for years to come, and recommend to all our friends, this is a big disappointment. I wish I could give two ratings, because I would rate them a 5 for the initial stages of the work, but would go much lower on the back half. Given the initial professionalism, I have got to say that very surprised and disappointed at how things played out in the end."
