"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Very professional and helpful through the process. Great price. Gutters were installed earlier than expected. Crew was polite, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely use them again.
"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
"Mike and his team did a solid job for us. The previous owners had punted on installing the correct solution and lied about water entering the home. When we found ¼ inch of water in our back room basement we called GMBS out and they were there within hours to do an estimate. This was one of the rainiest summers in recent memory and GMBS had a ton of business so we had to wait, but it was worth the wait. They finished the job in under 3 days and the work looks great. They installed a brand new sump pump, the old one the previous owners had installed was done poorly, was inefficient to the task and sounded like a jet engine. They installed a sub floor perimeter drainage system and vapor sealed our walls.
They were quick, professional, courteous and were easy to work with. We paid up front and part of the job was over estimated and they got a refund to us when we needed it.
