They also solved a chronic issue with one of our woodstoves. They had all needed supplies with them and did not leave our home until everything was safe and working properly. He ordered the wrong size windows, that he himself measured, and instead of replacement windows ordered new construction windows. This resulted in increased costs to us for reframing and for having to replace the custom shades that no longer fit. Just a very bad and costly experience. While they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they were not willing to assume any responsibility for an incompetent project manger. Would not recommend and will never even consider again."
