The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. "Kevin Ryan responded quickly to give me a quote on the work.  All aspects of the job was discussed and the job was performed as advertised and on budget.  He and his crew showed great care in not disturbing nearby garden beds and showed respect for my property  throughout the project. I had told him we had small dogs and he took extra care to ensure the fence was tight as possible. The clean-up was outstanding.  This was our third job with Ryan's repair and we are planning another to install interior closet doors.  I choose not to provide a dollar amount, that is between me and the contractor."
