They got straight to work with their knowledge and equipment and were able to completely clear up and pull out a massive hair clog that had stopped the water from draining. They worked fast and efficiently for an extremely good price. The bathtub now drains wonderfully, better than ever. really appreciate the work they did and the kindness they showed me. He let the shower run for a solid amount of time after finishing up so that I could watch the way it was now draining, making sure I was happy with how everything was working. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection.
