A competitor was out earlier and stared at the ceiling fan, listening to the poor bird scratching to get out and couldn’t do anything. Dustin had a can-do attitude and was the hero of the evening for all my children who stood right below his ladder as he caught the bird right out of the air! Then he released it out the front door and went to work sealing the point of entry. Price was fair and he came immediately. Thank you so so much!!!"

Shelton s came out with all of the correct tools to remove the nest, clean out the dryer vent and put a bird guard over the vent to prevent this from happening again. "The company was incredibly responsive: a field representative came out the day of our request; and, the next day a very helpful and careful technician took care of the problem. He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping.
